ABSTRACT: Reading has important rules in Indonesian language. Its hoped, student can read correcly in reading skill. One of aduantage of reading quicly is the student not capable conclude the text easily. Based on the observation and question with Indonesia teacher, had know that degreeof read of student are low. This once presumable of the teacher had not used. Variety techniquein reading. To salve that problems, given solution called quick on the draw technique. The are four goals on this research, (1) increasingly capability of student in reading quicking with quick on the draw technique, (2) to increase capability of student to conclude the text by using quick on the draw technique, and (3) increasingly the capability of student reading quicly to find out the main idea by using quick on the draw technique. This research used kualitatif of classrom action research that had done on two circle. The observer using card as media of learning and quick on the draw as strategy in learning
