Vocational education is secondary education that prepares students to work in certain fields. One of the efforts to realize these educational goals is to prepare students to have an entrepreneurial spirit. The Fashion Design Study Program at State Vocational High Schools in Malang has a production unit as a place for students to learn to manage businesses in the clothing sector. The problem that occurs is that students are not able to use the production unit properly, because students still do not have a good productive attitude. Based on the theoretical study, there are several things that can affect students' learning experience, namely, learning experience in the field of Fashion Design expertise, development knowledge fashion trend, knowledge about the world of work and self efficacy. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a direct and indirect effect of each learning experience variable in the field of fashion, developmental knowledge. fashion trend, knowledge about the world of work and self efficacy towards the productive attitude of students.
This research is a confirmatory study using a quantitative approach. Based on how data is collected, it is included in the type of survey research. The population of this research is 160 students of class XII Fashion Design Vocational Schools in Malang City Academic Year 2015/2016 and the total sample is 114 respondents. The quantitative data in this study were analyzed by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using software AMOS 23.0. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the learning experience in the field of Fashion Expertise has a significant effect on self-efficacy as well as students' productive attitudes, 2) learning experience in the field of Dressmaking expertise has a significant effect on productive attitudes through self-efficacy students, 3) developmental knowledge fashion trend significant effect on self-efficacy as well as the productive attitude of students, 4) knowledge of development fashion trend has a significant effect on productive attitudes through self-efficacy, 5) students' knowledge of the world of work has a significant effect on self-efficacy and students 'productive attitudes, 6) students' knowledge of the world of work has a significant effect on productive attitudes through self-efficacy students, and 7) self-efficacy significant effect on students' productive attitudes.
