The series of activities for the Instrument Development Guidance Workshop was closed with a briefing on motivation from the ASEAN level motivator as well as the Coordinator of the Postgraduate School of Postgraduate Education Study Program, State University of Malang, namely Dr. Dra. Hj. Umi Dayati, M.Pd at the Hotel Hall Yoyal Orchids garden Batu. Students are very enthusiastic about the motivation given by Mrs. Umi because the method is carried out by joking and by singing song lyrics so that students enjoy and pay attention to every Mrs. It was proven that there were no students who were sleepy or even left their seats. Bu umi talked about the importance of the teacher's role in shaping children's character and the activity ended at 22.00 WIB at the same time the workshop was closed by Deputy Director I Postgraduate UM Prof. Dr. Ery Tri Djatmika Rudijanto Wahju Wardhana, MA, M.Si.
